I am nature
in flesh and blood,

rooted in truth
and drifting through illusions,

moving spontaneously
while planning my next play,

holding on to what’s gone
while grasping at nothing,

free from blame
yet burdened with guilt,

this body is all I am
yet it is separate from me,

more fragile every day
but always becoming,

alone in my condition
but not alone in this.
